• Company RERA ORN Certificate (for Real Estate companies)
• Clear / Properly Scanned Passport copy and signature page, Visa page, and Emirates ID (Front and Back side) of the Owner’s / Partner’s / Local Agent
• Company Bank Account Details printed on company letterhead, signed by the Owner with company stamp (If the company bank account is under process) - Kindly print the NOC on company letterhead, signed by the Owner, with the company stamp
• Tax Registration Certificate or VAT Declaration Form for non-tax registered company - VAT Declaration Form printed on company letterhead signed with company stamp
• Power of Attorney Certificate
• Memorandum of Association for Limited Liability Company and Civil Company
• Appointment Contract of Local Service Agent for Sole Establishment Company
• For Non-Real Estate Company - Indemnity Letter printed on company letterhead, signed by the Owner with company stamp
International Brokers & Associates
• Application Form (with complete office address, signed by the Owner with company stamp)
• Commercial License/ Certificate of Incorporation translated into English (Authenticated /Attested /Issued by the Local Government)
• Memorandum of Association or Articles of Incorporation
• Clear / Properly Scanned Passport copy with signature page, National ID (Front and Back side) of the Owner/s, Partner/s, Shareholder/s, and authorized Signatory
• Complete company bank account details in English printed on company letterhead, signed by an authorized signatory with a company stamp
• Indemnity Letter printed on company letterhead, signed by the Owner with company stamp
