1. Booking fees (3% of the Property value) paid towards purchase of property is strictly Non-refundable. 2. Any dispute arising related to this deal should be initiated and routed through Azizi Developments LLC representative. 3. Azizi Development LLC will not accept any financial liability of this transaction/credit card payment, in case customer is claiming back for refund of this payment and raising a request to his or her Credit or Debit card issuing bank/Financial institution. 4. This link is initiated at the request of the recipient and payment/transaction is done, processed and authorised at sole discretion of the customer/recipient.
