Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 17 October 2021: Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced the 80 per cent completion of Berton, an exceptionally well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai’s emerging growth corridor, Al Furjan.
Azizi Developments plans to finish the 245-unit building, which includes 190 studio units, 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments, as well as 16 exquisite penthouses, by the fourth quarter of 2021, in accordance with its commitment to timely and quality delivery.
Berton's structure is currently 100 percent complete, with the blockwork and internal plastering at 99 per cent, respectively. Azizi Developments has also reported a 47 per cent completion rate for the second mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work with façade and titling completion rates of 78 and 75 per cent, respectively. The elevator works stand at 96 per cent completion while the finishes and exterior works are also being completed quickly.
