Dubai, UAE; July 31, 2017: Azizi Developments, a fast growing Dubai-based real estate developer operating in the UAE for over a decade, announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) to jointly promote Dubai as a great city to live, work, visit and invest in.
According to the agreement, Azizi Developments and DLD will host a series of property roadshows in India, China, and Pakistan to actively promote Dubai’s real estate market to investors. These events will help the two entities promote Dubai’s success in attracting global investments for the real estate market and keep investors abreast of the exciting investment opportunities that Dubai has to offer.
Through the partnership agreement, DLD will promote Azizi’s over 100 projects that are various stages of development, including the recently launched AED12billion Azizi Riviera project in Meydan One, at the events it will hold in India, Pakistan and China among other locations. Azizi Developments has committed its participation in all of DLD’s property shows.
Commenting on the partnership, Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “We are honoured to be partnering with the Land Department to effectively tell Dubai’s story and position the city as a top global destination for real estate investments. There is a wealth of opportunities here in the run up to the Expo 2020 which has already seen interest from investors across the world. Our collaboration with DLD hence allows us to meet with potential investors face-to-face, enabling them to better understand what Dubai has to offer.”
Established in 2007 and already boasting a total property value of AED18 billion, Azizi Developments recently announced that it had purchased over 500 plots in prime locations in Dubai that will be developed over the next two years. Some of these projects are located in The Palm Jumeirah, Meydan One, Dubai Healthcare City, Al Furjan, Studio City, Sports City and Jebel Ali. Recently, the developer also announced the opening of its fifth sales office in Dubai to meet the growing demand for its projects.
In line with the Dubai 2021 vision of making the city a hub for luxury real estate projects, Azizi Developments, in cooperation with the Dubai Land Department, is developing a wide range of real estate projects that contribute to change community living in the emirate. Azizi Developments aims to be an active participant and a major contributor to the advancement of the emirate's status as an integrated real estate market that provides various elements and investment opportunities in accordance with the latest regulations and legislation. Azizi Developments is currently establishing weekly sales activities at the Meydan Hotel to meet the growing demand for its projects. Some projects have been launched, including the Azizi Riviera in the Meydan One area.
