Dubai, 20 March 2018: Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has announced their new residential development Azizi Mirage 1 & 2 in Studio City, adjacent to the site of the Dubai Expo 2020.
The first of the two buildings to be launched, Azizi Mirage 1, covers a built-up area of 300,000 sq. ft. Azizi Mirage 1 will consist of 186 apartments with the option of one, two, or three bedroom residences as well as two swimming pools.
The crystallised L-shaped building complements and enhances the natural elements surrounding it, including extended terraces and podium units. Furthermore, its graceful futuristic design features a deconstructed façade that lends a strong contemporary feel to the entire development.

Azizi Mirage 1 offers eight floors of apartments – 186 in total. There are 113 one-bedroom, 69 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom apartments to choose from. The apartments are built for comfort, with spacious one-bedroom apartments at just under 850 sq. ft, and extensive three-bedroom apartments with over 2,000 sq.ft of space. The range of amenities will be supplemented by balconies and extended terraces according to the unit plan, to maximise the view of the surroundings for visitors and residents.
The development offers beautiful views of the Green Community and is also easily accessible with convenient access from Hessa and Al Qudra roads. Only a 20-minute drive from Dubai World Central (DWC) airport and a 15-minute drive to City Centre Me'aisem, Azizi Mirage is situated in close proximity to key locations in Dubai and will be an optimally placed residential area for people visiting Expo 2020.
