Dubai, 27 March 2018: Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer operating in the UAE, has awarded a contract worth AED 175 million to begin developing its ultra-modern headquarters in Meydan Avenue in Dubai, which will begin on 1 April.
Green Modelling Contracting has been appointed to construct the new headquarters in Meydan Avenue. The development of the flagship building has been undertaken to enhance customer service and increase operational capacity as the developer grows its portfolio of projects in Meydan, Al Furjan, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Healthcare City, Jebel Ali and other strategic locations across the city.
Located in Meydan Avenue, just a 14-minute drive from Downtown Dubai and a 17-minute drive to Dubai International Airport, the spacious and plush 520,000sq feet Azizi HQ building will be able to accommodate more than 2,000 employees and will be outfitted with a rooftop health club and a multipurpose ballroom.
The overall building design incorporates boutique and classical elements, while the interiors will offer a diverse work environment subdivided by zones within the building.
The exterior will appear as a wave-shaped crystallised fabric wrapped across the building, giving the impression of a flag being delicately blown in the wind. It also gives the effect of a chandelier - fashionable but also evoking a sense of humanity through the purposeful use of natural materials in the architectural design.

One of the defining features of the building will be a visitor centre located on the ground floor with exhibits of all Azizi projects including virtual reality rooms, where visitors can experience available properties through the latest advances in VR. To ensure employees enjoy good work-life balance and a positive organizational culture, the rooftop will be outfitted with a comprehensive health club, complete with a relaxation zone, and gymnasium.
An entertainment zone will also be implemented with a full range of activities and gaming. There will also be a full-service nursery for children, as well as sleeping pods for employees. The multipurpose ballroom will be able to accommodate 1,500 people and will provide an engaging environment for staff, dining and exclusive sales events hosted by Azizi Developments.
