Faristha’s 284 residences, which comprise 137 studios, 124 one- and 15 two-bedroom apartments and eight spacious penthouses, will be handed over shortly.

Farishta sold out in Q4 of 2019. Its elegantly designed units were sold to 44 nationalities, with 27% of customers holding UAE passports. 74% were sold to UAE residents and 8% to investors living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the rest having been purchased by customers living across 19 other countries.
