Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 14 September 2022: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that Creek Views II, Azizi’s AED 350 million development on the shores of the iconic Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City, is now 17% complete.
The much-awaited development is scheduled to be handed over by Q4 2023, with its structure now being 14% complete and its enabling works already being done. Creek Views II comprises 116 studios as well as 436 one-bedroom and 35 two-bedroom apartments.
Creek Views II’s design philosophy represents Dubai’s remarkable transition from a traditional past to a modern, reinvented future.
