Dubai, UAE, 18 January 2020: As part of its long-standing pillar partnership with Meydan, Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, sponsored the Dubai World Cup Carnival for the third year running through six races named after its prestigious projects, namely Riviera 1, Mina, Creek Views, Aliyah, Al Furjan, and Riviera 2.
At the Dubai World Cup Carnival Race Meet, which was hosted on the 16th of January 2020, Mr Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developmentns, Mr Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, and other senior executives from the company, awarded the connections of the winning horses.

The Dubai World Cup Carnival, worth $12.74 million in prize money across ten race meetings, runs annually from January to March and is a season of high-class international race days, contested by the most high-profile owners, trainers, horses, and jockeys in the world. It runs alongside the domestic Racing at Meydan season and paves the way for the Dubai World Cup Day, the richest day of horse racing in the world.
