Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 06 December 2021: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the handover of Star, an exceptionally well-connected condominium project strategically located in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor, Al Furjan.
This announcement comes in line with Azizi Developments’ commitment to completing 10,000 units by the end of 2021, having completed the 499-unit development, 486 units of which are residential and the remaining 13 being highly sought-after retail spaces. The residential units comprise 334 studios, 48 one- and 94 two-bedrooms apartments, as well as 10 spacious, luxurious sky villas.

Azizi Developments’ constriction has been progressing more rapidly than ever before in 2020 and 2021. In the past year alone, Azizi has handed over thousands of units - Aura in Jebel Ali, Samia, Farishta and Shaista in Al Furjan, Mina on Palm Jumeirah and just last month, in November, Plaza in Al Furjan. Star is now the 7th handover this year. Subsequently, Azizi will be getting ready to hand over the first buildings in its MBR City project Riviera, as well as Creek Views I in Dubai Healthcare City – putting its total completions this year at roughly 46 projects that translate into 10,000 units.
