Dubai, UAE; July 25, 2017: Azizi Developments, a fast growing Dubai-based real estate developer operating in the UAE for over a decade, announced today the opening of its new sales centre in Meydan. The developer has expanded its current network of Dubai-based sales offices to five with a plan to add more offices before the end of this year in response to the increasing demand for its projects.
The new sales centre aims to provide accessibility and convenience to its customers while showcasing Azizi Developments’ entire portfolio of prestigious projects in Dubai. Located in the heart of the Meydan area, the office provides easy access and ample parking. The new sales office will be opened throughout the week with the exception of Friday.
Commenting on the opening, Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “After the launch of our new project, Azizi Riviera Community, in Meydan earlier this month, we have already witnessed immense buyer interest for the project. The new office opening is thus an organic move to meet the increasing demand for our project and provide customers with all the relevant information they require.”
Situated in the heart of Meydan One, in the prestigious Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, Azizi Riviera - an urban community inspired by the vibrant French Riviera - comprises 69 mid-rise residential buildings of 13,000 units of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, a mega integrated retail district and a four and a five-star hotel. Sales for project commenced on Thursday, July 13.
Azizi Riviera represents the first in a series of urban neighborhood projects that Azizi Developments is planning to develop in the Meydan One mega-development, following the strategic partnership with Meydan Group announced earlier this year.
