The developer has already completed 6,000 units across 30 buildings in its prestigious MBR City community
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 6 April 2023: Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, is advancing rapidly in the construction of Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community strategically located in the highly sought-after Mohammed Bin Rashid City, amidst Dubai’s business, leisure, and retail hubs.
Phase 1 is now 99% complete with the majority of the buildings already having been handed over, while phases 2, 3 and 4 are now at 98%, 92% and 27%, respectively. With 30 buildings already having been completed, totalling approximately 6,000 units, the rest of all of phases 1, 2, and 3 are to be finished within the coming months.
