Dubai, UAE; 24 October 2017: Azizi Developments, a fast growing real estate developer operating in the UAE for over a decade, is nearing completion of its ninth project in Al Furjan, Azizi Montrell.
Azizi Montrell is a mid-rise and high-end serviced apartment building with 222 units, of which 168 are studio apartments and 54 are one bedroom apartments. Each space boasts contemporary interiors, splendid views and exceptional amenities that include landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, swimming pool, kids pool, spa, restaurants and cafés, prayer rooms, room service, laundry services and valet parking.
Azizi Montrell is a nine storey building, which includes two levels of parking. It stands on a plot measured at 3,898 sq.m and the total construction area of the project is 22,885 sq.m. With 80 per cent of the construction complete, Azizi Developments is expected to complete the project by February 2018.

Al Furjan is one of Dubai’s fastest growing residential neighbourhoods, with easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone and the Expo 2020 site. The new metro line named Route 2020 will connect Al Furjan to locations such as Dubai Investment Park, Discovery Gardens, Jumeirah Golf Estates and the Gardens, and will also eventually service the Al Maktoum International Airport.
Since the start of the year, Azizi Developments has demonstrated a faster pace of completed projects. In the last three years alone, the property developer has delivered over 800 units across eight projects in Al Furjan, and is expected to complete 12 projects in Al Furjan before 2020, in addition to its AED12bn Azizi Riviera project in Meydan One, made up of 69 mid-rise residential buildings of 13,000 units, as well as other projects on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Healthcare City, Studio City, Sports City and Jebel Ali.
