Dubai, 04 February 2018: Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer operating in the UAE for over a decade, is set to deliver its second largest project Azizi Star Hotel Apartments in Al Furjan ahead of schedule in Q3, 2018.
Consisting of a total of 458 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, the Azizi Star Hotel Apartments is the second largest project undertaken by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan.
Speaking about the development of Al Furjan into an up-and-coming area in Dubai, Chairman of Azizi Group, Mirwais Azizi said: “We are proud to have been able to complete and deliver more than 2,000 units in Al Furjan since 2016. With Azizi Star Hotel Apartments we also begin our foray into the hospitality sector and look forward to its steady expansion across our various projects.”
Al Furjan is one of Dubai’s fastest growing residential neighborhoods, with easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone and the Expo 2020 site. The new metro line named Route 2020 will connect Al Furjan to locations such as, Discovery Gardens, the Gardens, and will also eventually service the Al Maktoum International Airport.
A 528,531 square foot development, the Azizi Star Hotel Apartments offers 310 studio units, 46 one-bedroom and 102 two-bedrooms as well as 9,500 square feet of retail space.
Commenting on the update, Chairman of Azizi Group, Mirwais Azizi added: “Ensuring delivery of our projects on time or ahead of schedule is at the core of Azizi Development’s business strategy. 2018 is all about construction with satisfied home owners being key to our success and we look forward to continue our fast pace of completion and handovers in Al Furjan.
The Azizi Star Hotel Apartments in Al Furjan are part of a larger portfolio of community lifestyle developments which includes the French inspired waterfront lifestyle project, Azizi Riviera in Meydan One and the mega mixed-use urban project, Azizi Victoria in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District 7, as well as other projects in Dubai Healthcare City, and Jebel Ali.
Phases 3 and 4 of Azizi Development’s flagship project, the AED12 billion Azizi Riviera are scheduled to begin in February.
