Azizi Developments – a fast growing UAE-based real estate developer with global reach into international markets – announced the sales launch of its new development, Azizi Star, which will comprise of residential, commercial and retail space. The current wave of new Azizi project launches in Dubai is a strong indication of the developer’s confidence in the city’s property market.
Azizi Star serviced apartments will have 458 residential and commercial units spread across an area of 62,382 square feet. Encompassing a B+G+2P+12, the building will be composed of 46 one-bedrooms, 102 two-bedrooms and 310 studios and is scheduled for completion in 2018.
Announcing the sales launch of Azizi Star – the fully-furnished serviced apartments, Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments said, “The demand for our properties remains high in the nation with forward sales for this month higher than at the same point last year. The UAE real-estate market is at its peak and our newest affordable, luxury project – Azizi Star has spurred our year-end market.”
Valued at approx. AED 116 million, the Dubai-based developer’s pre-sales for Azizi Star exceeded expectations ahead of its launch. “At Azizi, quality and convenience has been the core of our operations. We have 20 projects in various stages of development, and as a result, there is a large base of loyal customers who primarily invest with Azizi Developments. The pre-sales of Azizi Star demonstrate that the market for ‘affordable luxury’ in Dubai has reached unprecedented heights," added Farhad.
Azizi Star is located in Al Furjan, which is in close proximity to major Dubai icons and attractions including the EXPO 2020 site, Ibn Battuta Mall, Discovery Gardens and the new Al Maktoum Airport (DWC). Azizi Star will be a gated community of serviced apartments with an array of facilities including hotels, outdoor sports facilities, a community retail centre, landscaped gardens, schools, a pool, spa, gym and convenient access to public transportation. Modern amenities include: retail stores, valet services, concierge services and other family-friendly necessities nearby.
