Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 12 May 2022: Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced the 84% completion of Berton, a remarkably well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai’s growth corridor, Al Furjan.
In line with its commitment to timely delivery, Azizi Developments aims to complete the 245-unit development, which comprises 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well as 16 luxurious penthouses, by Q3 of 2022.
Berton’s structure and blockwork are 100% complete, while the internal plastering is at 99%. Elevator works are 96% complete, with the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) phase now having reached 51%, and façade works and tiling being at 85% and 90%, respectively. Overall finishes are now 64.9% complete.
