Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 30 November 2022: Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has further accelerated the speed of construction of Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired Mohammed Bin Rashid City waterfront community, strategically located in the midst of Dubai’s business, leisure, and retail hubs.
Phase 1 has now recorded a total construction completion of 98%, while phases 2, 3 and 4 are at 95%, 75% and 22%, respectively. There has been a 5% increase in the construction completion of the second phase, and a 10% in the third phase, from October to date.
Riviera is part of Azizi Developments’ award-winning portfolio. It is a stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination that is planned to comprise 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences.
Commenting on the speedy construction, Mr Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “It is truly rewarding to see our efforts pay off in terms of construction quality and swiftness. With the very careful and stringent selection of our contractors and suppliers, and the direct procurement of construction materials from manufacturers, among other impactful steps taken, we were able to increase construction speed significantly, while also further enhancing our quality standards beyond best practices.”
Azizi Developments recently launched Rêve, its 24-building, ultra-luxury phase in its Riviera project, and has delivered 7 buildings in the first phase of Riviera, as well as the 634-unit Creek Views I project in Dubai Healthcare City.
Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art, but also a certain ‘joie de vivre’ — a celebration of life, an exultation of spirit - Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an abundance of retail space. It features three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk along its 2.7km-long swimmable crystal lagoon with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a vast, lush-green social space.
