Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 19 August 2020: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has broken ground at Avenue, its newly launched three-building community in MBR City, Dubai’s most popular residential destination by sales transactions, move-in requests and property prices. Azizi’s three Avenue developments will be built at a value of AED 300m.
In the presence of senior members of the company’s management team, Mr Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, and Mr Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, officially broke the ground of what is now the newest prestigious development by the esteemed developer.
Avenue consists of three developments with a total of 427 units: Park Avenue I, which will comprise 89 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom units, Park Avenue II with 30 one-bedroom and 115 two-bedroom apartments, and Park Avenue III, which will feature 160 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom homes. All Avenue buildings come with their own fully equipped gyms and swimming pools.
