Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 21 November 2022: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has received the prestigious Appreciation Award from the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The accolade, which was bestowed upon the developer’s CEO, Mr. Farhad Azizi, by the CEO of the Registration and Real Estate Services Sector of DLD, Mr. Majid Saqr Al Marri, at Cityscape, in the Dubai Trade Centre on the 21st of November 2022, recognises Azizi’s substantial contributions to the UAE’s real estate landscape, with it being a key top supportive developer.
The award came in light of Azizi recently having completed the first seven buildings of Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront lifestyle community in MBR City, as well as Creek Views I, its 634-residence condominium in Dubai Healthcare City. With Riviera selling out rapidly, the developer has also just launched two residential and commercial buildings that feature a combined 712 units nestled around a beach-like swimming pool, as well as Rêve, its fourth, most distinguished and luxurious part of Riviera yet.
