Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 7 June 2022: In a major construction milestone, Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has received its first Building Completion Certificate (BCC) for Riviera, located in the heart of MBR City. Building 11 in Phase 1 received the certificate on Friday, the third of June 2022. Six buildings in the first phase are now also completely energised, with electricity lighting up the world class development.
Mr. Farhad Azizi, CEO at Azizi Developments, said: “It fills us with immense pride and excitement to see the first building of our flagship 17,000-residence community project receive its building completion certificate, with the handovers of seven buildings to follow between the end of this month and the start of July.
