Dubai, 9 September 2022: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has signed an agreement with Korean Kumho Hi-Tech for the provision of WPC pergolas to further enhance the landscaped areas across the third phase of Riviera, the developer’s master planned, French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront lifestyle community in the highly sought-after MBR City.
The South Korean manufacturing company produces some of the most advanced, high-quality pergolas, among other refined product ranges, including sliding door systems, window systems and more. Holding numerous patents, Kumho Hi-Tech prides itself not only on the technology and durability of its products, but also on its environmentally friendly manufacturing processes.

Just last week, Azizi Developments launched Rêve, its 24-building, ultra-luxury phase of its Riviera project, and has delivered seven buildings in the first phase of Riviera, as well as the 634-unit Creek Views I project in Dubai Healthcare City.
Azizi Developments is now gearing up for the remainder of its 2022 deliveries, which comprise a total of 8,895 units across 42 projects. The developer has also handed over Creek Views I in Dubai Healthcare City earlier this week, its 634-unit project, built at a value of nearly AED 300m.
Riviera is part of Azizi Developments’ award-winning portfolio.
