Dubai, 27 August 2020: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that 45 per cent of the construction of Creek Views I is now complete. The development, which is 100% freehold, is situated on the iconic Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City.
Creek Views I is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2021, with 100 per cent of its structure, 85 per cent of its blockwork and 34 per cent of its internal plaster already having been finished. The 19-storey development features 634 residences, comprising 396 studios, 218 one- and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 33,341 sq. ft. of premium retail space.
